The four teams remaining in the 2008 UEFA Europa League head into the second leg of the tournament’s semi-finals tonight as football fans around the world prepare to enjoy a third consecutive night of top class European club football action.

First up tonight is the clash between Bayern Munich and Russian side Zenit. Neutral fans will be hoping that the plucky side from St. Petersburg will be able to make the most of their home advantage and score a historic semi-final win against one of the top clubs in European football.

Zenit go into their second semi-final with an away goal advantage, and will know that a place in the 2008 UEFA Europa League final beckons if they are able to prevent Bayern from scoring tonight.

In the second of the evening’s 2008 UEFA Europa League semi-finals Rangers head to Florence with everything to play for in a winner-takes-all tie. Fiorentina’s home advantage may be the only thing that separates the clubs tonight in what is likely to be a tension filled encounter.
